Anchor Tenants History

Whilst rooting around in the office, the secretary came across a letter in reply to the committees proposal to build a Community Hall. This proposal was obviously not proceeded with as the Hall was not built until 1935.

The Proposal

Sadly, there is no sign of the sketch plan mentioned in the above letter.

Old Documents

When the solicitors had a clear-out, they came across an envelope containing a couple of documents from the 1920s and 30s. The Tenancy Agreement also had a clause renaming the house to "Branksome".
